• We will accept any unwashed, unused product with original tags & packing within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• Delivery charges of return and exchange will not be refunded in any case.
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• Customer needs to send the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
• Only the products with genuine fault ‘ll be exchanged or refunded.
• Due to use of Studio lights in shoot actual product color might slightly vary from the image and that product ‘ll neither be exchanged nor refunded.
• If you receive any product other than your order you’ll be issued a voucher and that ‘ll be compensated to your next order.
• Delivery Charges according to courier service will not be refunded.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
